Initiate Request
Visit our 'Returns Center' and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Pack the items securely in their original box; our courier partner will perform a quick surface check during the scheduled pickup.
Safe Transit
Once picked up, your package will be shipped back to our warehouse where our artisans will conduct a final quality inspection.
Refund Processing
